At CottonCandyExpress.com we try to give you a variety of shipping choices while keeping your costs to a minimum.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following services through UPS;

Ground
Next Day Air
2nd Day Air
3 Day Select
US Priority Mail - shipments to APO/FPO, HI, AK, PR
US Airmail Parcel - shipments to Canada

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1 PM Eastern time will usually, but not always, ship same day. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 1 PM Eastern will usually ship the next business day.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take from 2 to 7 business days for transit.

Orders shipped via 3 Day Select will take 3 business days from date of shipment.

Orders shipped via 2 Day Air will take 2 business days from date of shipment.

Orders shipped via Next Day Air will take 1 business day from the date of shipment.

Orders shipped via US Priority Mail will take 2 to 4 days however the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.

Canadian orders ship via US Airmail Parcel Post to Canada will take from 5 to 10 business days however the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.

Most larger orders will be shipped LTL Motor Freight by FedEx Freight services and will take between 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Prices

Like most catalog and internet retailers, CottonCandyExpress.com charges for shipping. Due to the nature of our items, the shipping and handling cost is based on weight. Once you place your order, our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased. However our website cannot calculate shipping charges for items over 150 lbs. For these heavier shipments, we will calculate the shipping charges and add the charges to your invoice.

To calculate shipping charges for the mail in orders please follow these instructions.

1. Complete your order at our online store as you normally would if ordering with a credit card. Click through our site and add your desired items to your cart.

2. After you finish shopping and have updated your cart with your desired items, click "Checkout" on the Current Order page.

3. Please review your order to ensure that everything is correct.

4. Complete the Shipping Information section. Include all needed info.

5. Choose your desired shipping method.

6. Click "Continue With Order" at the bottom of the page.

7. This will bring you to our Order Page. Please review your order to ensure accuracy.

8. Our software will automatically calculate the shipping charges and add any other necessary fees or taxes. This will be listed just above "Total for CottonCandyExpress.com". Use this information to correctly fill our the Fax/US Mail order form. You can print out this page to ensure accuracy and send it in along with your completed Fax/US Mail order form if you would like. If your order weighs over 150 lbs, please call us at 1-800-871-1491 for a shipping quote.

9. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, do not fill our the billing information. Simply click "Do Not Order" at the bottom of the page.
