Return Policy
As a leading retailer in the
Concession Industry, we are proud of our proven track record of offering high
quality machines, supplies, and accessories. In fact our company is proud that
after serving tens of thousands of customers, we have less than a 1/2%
return rate on all our orders. This is almost unheard of in the retailing and
wholesale industry. We have achieved this excellent service by offering world
class customer service and high quality products. However, we understand that
occasionally, our products may not meet your high expectations. Thus we have
implemented the following return policy for our product line.
Returns are accepted within 30 days at the discretion of the seller. A 15%
restocking fee is charged on all supplies and a 30% restocking free is charged
on all equipment. Returns of cotton candy machines will only be accepted when
the machine is returned in brand new, unused, mint condition in original
packaging only. Cotton Candy Machines that have been operated, tested or
are in a non-saleable condition cannot be returned under any circumstances. Floss
sugar or concentrate can only be returned when unopened. Opened floss sugar or
concentrate cannot be accepted due to FDA guidelines. To return items please
call us at 1-800-871-1491 and ask for a Return Authorization number. Then
carefully repack the items in the packaging they came in and return them to:

On the outside of the return package or box, please write the return
authorization number. Shipments without a return authorization number on the
outside of the package will be refused. Be sure to enclose a copy of the
original invoice so that we can issue a credit for the refund. We suggest
shipping your items via UPS or Federal Express so that you can track your return
if needed. Insurance is highly recommended for your return items as we cannot be
responsible for a lost or damaged return shipment. Damaged returns will be
refused and shipped back to customers at their expense. Customers must pay your
return and original shipping costs. Items returned without a return
authorization number will be refused. Items returned after 30 calendar days from
the date of purchased will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
