Order Status

When you place an order with CottonCandyExpress.com we automatically send you an order confirmation via email.

The email includes the all pertinent information such date of order, products ordered, shipping address, mailing address and total cost including shipping and any applicable taxes.

In addition, we include a link (at the top of the email) where you can view you order status any time. This link will carry you to your original order form. From there you can check to see if you products have been shipped and if so, get the UPS tracking number for your shipment.
