How to Order

Ordering is easy at CottonCandyExpress.com. We offer four ways to place your order: Online, Telephone, Fax or US Mail.  Below is an explanation of your ordering options.

Online

Use your Visa or MasterCard to place your order anytime through our secure online server. CotttonCandyExpress.com uses secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so you will never have to fear about using your credit card. All information transmitted are only seen by us and used only to process your order. 

Phone
Simply call us directly at 1-800-871-1491 to speak directly with one of our customer care reps. We can take your order directly over the phone or answer any questions that you may have. Generally we are available, Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm EST excluding holidays. If you get our voice mail, feel free to leave a message so that we may return your call as soon as possible. Fax
Using a fax to place an order is also easy. Just print our Fax/Mail Order Form (PDF Format 69 KB), fill out the necessary information and fax the form anytime to (770)-234-6333

US Mail
If you would like to pay by check, money order, or credit card, ordering by US Mail is also easy. Simply print our Fax/Mail Order Form (PDF Format 69 KB), fill out the required information and mail to:

Checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check.
